Production
Every bag is printed, cut and sewn to order with its number. Production usually takes 3 to 7 business days before your order ships. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it leaves.
Shipping
Shipping costs and delivery estimates for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Returns
Because each piece is numbered and made for you, we cannot accept returns for a change of mind. If your bag arrives damaged, misprinted or with a defect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will remake the same number or refund you.
Cancellations
You can cancel within 2 hours of placing an order, before it goes into production. Email us as soon as you can.
